CAN'T SEEM TO USE MY FIREFLY EVEN AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. IT KEEPS ASKING ME TO BUY NEW CREDITS. PLEASE HELP

THERE WAS A PAYMENT GLITCH IN MY ACCOUNT AND ONCE PAYMENT WAS DONE, I CAN’T SEEM TO GENERATE ANY NEITHER IMAGES NOR VIDEOS. IT KEEPS REQUESTING ME TO BUY CREDITS. I ALREADY PAID FOR THE RM 95.98/MONTH PLAN. PLEASE ADVICE

    Could you please confirm whether the plan you purchased included a trial? If so, it’s likely a 7‑day trial, which provides a limited number of generations for both Standard and Premium features.

     

    Please also share a screenshot of the message you’re seeing when you try to generate, along with another screenshot of your Account menu (accessible by clicking your avatar icon in the top‑right corner of the page). Be sure to hide your email address before sending.


    We’ll be able to assist further once we have this information.

    i am still unable to use Firefly….please help. i already paid my plan this month. missing out so much

    1. Go to your Adobe Account page.
    2. Select your profile avatar image located in the upper-right corner of the page.
