Please help me!! I bought a adobe plan last year, but i haven't used it in a very long time. Now I can't remember my account so I can't log in anymore... But the automatically monthly charging is still going on. Is there any solution to cancel the plan without log in? Can I go to the bank and stop it? Thanks very much!

(I called adobe several times for hours but nobody answer me...)

You are probably going to have to cancel your credit card
