Can't take the special offer, need help ASAP!!

I'm trying to take the special offer, but when i click on confirm and subscribe a error message pops up
saying it couldn't do it, all information are filled correctly, payments have been made before. So i don't know why i can't take the offer. Was thinking canceling but since i saw the offer i'll take the offer, if i can't take the offer i'll cancel.
