Can't unsubscribe

Hello, I need your help.

A couple of months ago, I used a trial subscription for InDesign or Photoshop, but I didn't have time to cancel it because my laptop broke. And now I physically cannot cancel the subscription, it shows the error «Your plan has expired. Please update your payment details to reactivate it", although I did not use it, since the laptop was broken.

Please cancel my subscription, as they have tried to deduct money from me several times already.
I will be grateful for your help.

Hi, this is a user to user forum and we can't do anything about cancellation. You must contact the customer service.
