Can't update my payment method -> VAT ID error

(unfortunately seems the only way to get "real" support from Adobe?!)

I was about to update my payment method but I can't finish and save the form because of an incorrect VAT-ID error?! the entered VAT-ID is correct and needed!
therefore I'm not able at the moment to update my payment method until I'll get help!
Thanks in advance for your input how to solve this!
