Can’t use my Adobe Express subscription!

Purchased an annual subscription in October of last year. Tried using the app today, and it asked me to purchase a subscription. So I tapped the Restore Purchases link, which told me it found my subscription but under a different Adobe ID.

Except.

I only have one ID.
