Question

Can't verify student status

I have tried using the live chat and ended up going in circles where they have offered me every other discount when all I want to do is continue as I am and re-verify my student status.

When I type my university in the box they can't find it so I fill it out anyways and I think that might be causing issues but all of my details match. I have been uploading my acceptance letter.

Despite all of this I'm being told I don't qualify but they won't say WHY I don't qualify. I can't make phone calls due to my disabilities so phoning adobe for help isn't an option. The form to contact the third party is broken so I can't even do that.

If I can't keep the student price I'll have to cancel my subscription because it's just too expensive.

you can try contacting your school's plan administrator, if your plan is/was administered by your school, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html

otherwise, adobe support is your only option. ie, if they can't help, no one here can help.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

It wasn’t administered by plan.

We’re going to see if we can go the route of doing it via the university group that the university is affiliated with as the individual university doesn’t seem to be recognised by adobe but the group it’s affiliated with IS recognised.
