    Thread Summary

A user reported that their bank account had been automatically charged for a year or more, even though no active plans appeared on their Adobe account, and asked for help identifying and stopping the recurring charge.

    Suggested solutions by Adobe

    1. Identify the source of an unrecognized charge
If you see a charge on your bank or card statement that you don't recognize on your Adobe account, review your billing history and payment details to trace where the charge originated (for example, a different email address, a family member's purchase, or a separate Adobe ID).

    2. Confirm no active plan or trial is still running
Sign in to your Adobe account and check your Plans and Payment section for any plan, trial, or add-on that may still be active even if it isn't visible on the main dashboard and cancel it if you no longer intend to use it.

If it does not show up on your account then this is a problem. These are peer to peer forums, you are not talking to Adobe staff here. Please reach out to then via official channels to see how they can help you in this
