Question

Can you help me?

Hello,

I need help with my Adobe account relatively quickly. I want to cancel my account, but I need to verify my profile for that. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the password. I also don’t have access to my email, so I can’t receive a security code. Is there a way to receive an SMS instead of an email or to get help in another way?

Thank you in advance.

Did you get adobe through your computer? Or google play store etc. Because
you can go to the play store subscription and cancel it from there.

I downloaded Adobe Acrobat on my laptop and took out a subscription.

Now I want to cancel my subscription too, but as described above, I can't cancel it at the moment because I can't reset my password and the confirmation email is sent to my email where I no longer have access

@charleen_3301 how do you even know you have an Adobe account? If you are log-in into Adobe website, well, you just have to click on your avatar to see your email? If you do a search within your emails (for example, Gmail, do a serch for Adobe if that comes up, and if it does, well that's your email association). Unfortunately, Adobe's standard security protocols primarily rely on email verification for account changes like cancellations, and they don't typically offer SMS as an alternative for these critical actions.

If you don't remember your password, click on the 'Forgot Password' — it's all about security. If it was so easy, then anyone can use our accounts!
