Canadian Using CC in USA and Mexico

Hello, 

I'm considering purchasing CC on a monthly subscription from Canada (where I live). I will be travelling extensivly to USA and Mexico, Can I use CC in these countries or will i have connection probles due to licensing issues betwen countries?
