I need to cancel my Illustrator subscription, but the plan doesn’t appear in my enterprise account. I also can’t access the Admin Console or live chat to report the error. I’m in Saudi Arabia and was advised to contact Customer Support for cancellation.

    do you have an enterprise subscription?  if so, contact your admin, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html
