I want to cancel my trial. I am unable to do this because it keeps saying that I will soon be able to manage my membership. However, this message has been showing for a week already, and I would like to cancel my subscription. How can I do this?

Dear Adobe Support,

 

I would like to cancel my trial subscription, but I am unable to do so. When I sign in to my account and follow the link provided, I only see the message “You will soon be able to manage this membership”. This message has been showing for more than a week, and I am therefore unable to update my payment details or cancel my subscription.

 

Could you please cancel my trial subscription on my behalf, or provide a direct solution so that I can cancel it myself?
