Always when I try to chan with "support" the AI telling me that its unawailible and doesnt open any tickets!!
In substance sampler my 2d view is black!  My gpu is new Nvidia GTX 1080, I know that u could changed in substance disigner to openGL, but I dont see this option in substance sampler. If there is not - I demand refund, simse I bought subscription only for using sabstance sampler and I cant make it work!

We appreciate you reaching out. Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days. I confirm you have cancelled your plan and a refund has automatically initiated from Adobe.

It usually 12-14 days for the refund to process.

    I canceled my plan and demand refand as it was stated that there is provided refand if I cancel my plan before 14 days!

    When did you cancel? Refunds take 5-7 business days to appear.

     

    Have you checked in https://account.adobe.com/ to confirm that you cancelled?
