Cancel a plan without access to email.

I have an active plan with an old email address linked to a company I used to work for. I no longer have access to the email address and the company in question won't give me access so that I can cancel the plan. I need to cancel the subscription but I cannot access the account because the two factor authentication sends a code to that email.

How can I cancel a subscription without any access to the acount?
