Cancel a subcription

Good evening to everybody.in february I started a subscription for illustrator for a project.In april the project is finished so I try to cancel the subscription, Abode offer me 2 month free and now I discovered that they switch my sub to an ANNUAL and now if I try to cancel they charge me for 109€. someone have an idea on how to save those money?Thanks.

You always had an annual subscription, most likely with monthly payments

The agent is supposed to tell you that the 2 free months is only to EXTEND your existing subscription, not take it's place
