cancel a subscription

forgot to cancel the free premium subscription. Yesterday, money was withdrawn in the evening for a year's subscription. can I somehow cancel them and return the money?

    If the first payment for the subscription was only withdrawn yesterday, then you should still be within the 14-day refund period for free cancellation of your plan. These Adobe help pages may be of assistance:

    As in, you signed up for the trial and forgot to cancel the subscription before 14 days had passed since the subscription was started?

     

    This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
