Cancel Abo - Error/Abo kündigen - Fehler

ENGHello,I would like to cancel my CC Abonement, but somehow after I choose my reason and click "next" it shows an error that says I should wait and try later or contact the support. But the support isn't available.Will this be fixed? GERHallo, ich würde gerne mein CC Abo kündigen, aber, warum auch immer, wird mir eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt, nachdem ich meine Gründe für die Kündigung angebe und auf "weiter" klicke.
