This is the 3rd time I have submitted a request
This application does not meet my usage requirements so I requested to cancel my account.
However, I still receive a payment request from you.
I look forward to fulfilling this request.

    Only Adobe Customer Care can assist with cancellation or billing. No one on this public forum can.

     

    To cancel yourself or confirm your cancellation, follow these steps:

    Be sure to follow the link on that page to "Cancellation fee and refunds" that explains the sliding scale for early termination of an annual plan:

    "A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel."

     

    You've already contacted Adobe, so you know how. You can use the Chat window or X (Twitter)
