Cancel Adobe Creative Plan on Another Account

How can you cancel a adobe creative plan from another account that you dont have access but i still have receipt.

is it possible for the Debit Card to Decline the automatic payment or we need to ask customer support for that but as for my account i dont have current plan.

Thanks for your questions. It is not possible to make changes to account details and plans using a different account. Having said that, we'd recommend contacting our support team and start a private chat session for the payment related questions.
