Cancel Adobe Plan

I have been trying to cancel my account when my current subscription expires and it's really not as straightforward as it should be. There is no option to do so in my management console.

 

I have also called the number given (0800 028 9094) a couple of times and the line has been so bad and has cut out every time. There appears to be nothing else I can do.

 

How come the 'contact' page has no means of making contact? That's bad design. (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html)

Try changing the browser, it helps many people who don't see the icon

Yep, had to change browsers. From Chrome (you'd think that would work) to IE11! Thanks for your help.

the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right - do you see that?

There is no chat icon on the page https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html is there any other way to get to the chat?
