Cancel and Refund

Hi Team,

 

I've cancelled the subscription on the same day I registered, but you keep on deducting amount from my credit card every month!

 

I've reported the same on twitter(x) also! Last month I cancelled once again, still it's getting auto debited!

 

This isn't fair at all!

 

Kindly cancel my subscription, refund my payamnts and close my account

There must be some bug in the portal, I've cancelled all the subscription in the same day I registered. Kindly refund my amount please

do you have the confirmation (of cancellation) email that adobe sends after successfully canceling?

 

does your account show the cancellation?
