Cancel duplicate payments and request a refund

Question

(Although I previously canceled my payment. About what was still being paid. question)

The same product was paid twice, so I canceled the payment before and paid an additional fee, but it is still there. And the monthly payment was also in effect. When I tried to cancel the payment again, I was told to pay the product cancellation fee again. So I inquire like this.
