Cancel firefly pro

I have been trying to cancel firefly pro but when I go into my account it says I have no plans but I am getting billed every month and I can see the invoice.  How can I cancel? There is no way to reach customer service.

This doesn’t work. It directs me to the cancel your plan page with a message that says “unable to load data”.

The link I offered doesn't lead to the cancel plan page, Marianne, I am sorry. If you are unable to reach anyone when you click on https://adobe.ly/4qybElk then use a different device to contact us. You can use a smartphone or tablet, if you don't have another computer available.
