How long do I have to wait before I can cancel my subscription? It tells me that I will be able to manage my subscription shortly but it still does not make me manage my subscription plan.

If payement processing is under way, the cancelation is not possible. Also, if I remember well, it may take up to 24h before you can cancel a freshly ordered trial.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
