I selected the free trial, but the option to cancel the trial does not appear in the Plans area. Today is the last day before I am charged, what do I do?
I selected the free trial, but the option to cancel the trial does not appear in the Plans area. Today is the last day before I am charged, what do I do?
first, make sure you don't have a payment problem (https://account.adobe.com). if you do it will prevent you from being able to cancel your subscription. to fix it, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html
then make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
