Cancel membership

I signed up for a free trial and now I can't cancel it and I'm being charged for this membership that I haven't even used. I can barely pay for food and adobe wont let me cancel this insipid membership.

    You have 14 days from the start of a trial to cancel

    After 14 days a trial becomes a subscription and you pay a penalty to cancel before the end of the subscription

    Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that you have an active Creative Cloud Pro license associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. This is an annual subscription billed on a monthly basis.

    Please note the following:

    If the plan is canceled within 14 days of the original purchase, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund, and your account will revert to a free membership.

    If the plan is canceled after 14 days, an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining contract value will apply. For example, if the plan is canceled in the ninth month of the subscription, you would be charged 50% of the remaining three months’ fees.

    Why is there a cancellation fee?
    Annual plans billed monthly are offered at a discounted rate. The cancellation fee reflects that discount when the commitment is not fulfilled. More details can be found here:
