Cancel my account and stop taking my money.

Hello, I would like this to reach the billing department. I would like my account to be permanently cancelled, I no longer require to use your software and I cannot afford to continue to use it. unfortunately your account settings has made it impossible to cancel my subscription and somehow you still manage to debit $80 or so from my account even though I have blocked my card. You want me to update my billing information before I can make any changes to my account. I am getting frustrated having my money just taken from me from your billing team which deliberately makes it difficult to cancel my account. What I don't understand is why I have to update my billing information to cancel my account? I find that extremely brazen and deceiving as a cooperation who has multiple millions why do you need to exploit me? I will continuously follow up on this every day until I am guaranteed that I will not have money taken from me. I have read numerous complaints from other users experiencing the same issue. please contact me regarding rectifying this issue. I need to be refunded or compensated for the last 2 months.

How is there a Billing issue when you are successfully debiting money from
my account? You should have receipts and records which should be easy to
access on your side, I honestly think your effort to rectify this issue is
merely a cop out so you don't have to do a single thing. Yeah it's people
like me who don't understand, there seems to be a lot of us and what should
that tell you? Please Look into my situation because I don't owe anything
as I have been forcefully paying for a subscription that I don't want any
longer. The final thing to do is contact my bank to either close my account
or block any debit from Adobe and that's a tedious difficult enough process
thats just going to inconvenience me further. You have the chance to save a
life right now so I suggest you do it.

no one can change anything in your account based on public forum posts.  in particular, other users (which is everyone except @Rashmi27002770wxve ).  but even adobe employees cannot help you get a refund or cancel your account based on forum posts.

It is clear that you first need to pay any due, before you can cancel your contract. I think that's fair. Just posting in a user to user forum does not cancel your subscription and many of the complaints are from users like you, who do not understand this.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.


If in doubt, ask the forum.

Thats a load of rubbish, you have been debiting my account every month
since, I don't appreciate your dishonest nature and attitude towards me.
Why must I provide more billing Just cancel my account. I cannot afford to
pay anything else I am in a seriously bad financial situation and you guys
are millionaires so don't give me that trash and brazen attitude because
I'm fed up with life.
