Cancel my account and stop taking my money.
Hello, I would like this to reach the billing department. I would like my account to be permanently cancelled, I no longer require to use your software and I cannot afford to continue to use it. unfortunately your account settings has made it impossible to cancel my subscription and somehow you still manage to debit $80 or so from my account even though I have blocked my card. You want me to update my billing information before I can make any changes to my account. I am getting frustrated having my money just taken from me from your billing team which deliberately makes it difficult to cancel my account. What I don't understand is why I have to update my billing information to cancel my account? I find that extremely brazen and deceiving as a cooperation who has multiple millions why do you need to exploit me? I will continuously follow up on this every day until I am guaranteed that I will not have money taken from me. I have read numerous complaints from other users experiencing the same issue. please contact me regarding rectifying this issue. I need to be refunded or compensated for the last 2 months.
