Thank you for the update @Festive_individualityc1ca.

I understand how frustrating it can be when you're trying to manage a subscription, and no active plan appears in your account.

I can confirm that your Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus subscription was successfully canceled on September 8.

I also see that an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription was started on September 16. Since you're not seeing an active plan when you check your account, could you please confirm that you're signed in with the same Adobe ID and using the same device and browser you used to start the Acrobat Pro subscription?

You can review and manage your plans here:

    https://account.adobe.com

If the Acrobat Pro subscription is active under the Adobe ID used to purchase it, you can cancel it by following these instructions:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

Thanks as well to @kglad, @Manan Joshi, @ShivangiGupta, and @Peru Bob for their helpful suggestions.

Please update this discussion if you have any additional questions, @Festive_individualityc1ca.

    Hi @Festive_individualityc1ca,

    Thank you for writing in.

After reviewing your account details, I found that you subscribed to both Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat. While the AI Assistant plan was cancelled, the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription converted to a paid plan one day ago and is currently active on your account.

If you do not wish to continue using the application, you can cancel the subscription. Adobe offers a full refund when a subscription is cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase.

For more details, please refer to: https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html

I hope this helps clarify the situation. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please let us know.

    For charge details check https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

If it is indeed a charge that is erroneous then you will have to contact Adobe Support to sort it out and get a refund.
