Cancel my plan

I canceled my annual plan.
I want to get refund from un used monthes.
Your plan was canceled. Confirmation #AB02371500016CEE.

    Happy to help!

     

    We see that you have cancelled the subscriptions on your account. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term for a prepaid annual contract.

    And for annual contract, paid monthly you’ll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

    if you cancelled after 14 days of your subscription start, you won't be getting a refund unless you can explain to adobe support why you cancelled late.

    Its not my problem that the support system is done though a hole in the universe.
