Cancel my plan and delete my account

I would like to cancel my plan but I can't access my email anymore since it was an educational email and my access to the email already expired because I already graduated from the university. I am continuosly being charged because I can't cancel my plan

As per your account details, there is no active subscription associated with this email address. If there is any other email address you have an account with, I would advise getting in touch with the account admin for the school subscription. They may be able to get cancelation done for you.

I already contacted the school and they said that there is nothing they can do because my educational email already expired
