    Hi @Wheelsdmw,

I looked into your account and found that there is a pending payment associated with your subscription. Because of this outstanding balance, the system is currently preventing the plan from being cancelled.

The good news is that you're still well within Adobe's 14-day refund period. You have 8 days remaining to cancel your subscription and qualify for a full refund. https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html

To move forward, please first clear the pending payment on your account. https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Once that's done, you'll be able to cancel the plan without any issues. After the cancellation is completed, the refund will be processed automatically.

Please keep in mind that refunds can take 12–14 business days to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will have to fix any payment issues before you can cancel the plan. If you are still unable to do so contact Adobe Support. There is no support option via email so contact them using the chat option on their website.

It won’t let me cancel until I update my payment selection. I don’t wanna pay anymore. As soon as I update my payment selection it will charge me.
