cancel my subscription

i want to cencel my subscription but it keeps showing 

 It shows error only for the canceling part. It loads the data just fine when i clicked on upgrade plan .

PLEASE HELP

in particular, use a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

Hi @walrus_0646,

We are sorry for the experience. Have you tried cancelling the plan using a different browser? Also, could you test it after rebooting your computer? Let us know how it goes.
