Cancel my suscription
December 3 I was in much need to fill forms and I install Adobe Standard in the believe that I had a chance to use it till December 14, and keep it or cancel it. Today Dec. 9th 2024 I tried to cancel it with my traditional password for Adobe por many years, but it did not work. When I create a new password for the same email, the account opened in Creative Cloud and there is no sign of my Adobe trial or suscription, but in my credid card there is a charge of 12 and something that I wish at least to stop charging me any more. I am confused with Adobe, it is a nightmare to understand and between Small PDF and I love pdf I have been dealing with all my needs. It is not as confortable as having it in the PC but they are fine. I want to cancel and stop this suscription. I dont want to hide in another account I create because I could not enter in mine.
I call 408/536 6000 and they were supposed to call me in 15 minutes. I waited 38 minutes and when I call it was disconnected. I dont want any more Adobe. I think companies that require forms should pay Adobe and not the user. It happen to me in USPS, and in many organizations you have to use magic to fill forms, some of wish are obsolete or created in other programs. Please Adobe, cancel my suscription to Adobe Standard and improve your customer support. People cant spend a whole morning trying to reach you.
