Cancel Payment for Account I Can't Access
I signed up for an Adobe subscription with my university email address. Soon after, my university deactivated my email address. Because of this, I can't change my adobe account password and regain access to the account. (The account I am posting this message with is different.)
I have been unable to access my adobe account for 2 years but I continue to be charged!
I am unable to contact Adobe unless I am signed into that account or have a paid account. But the subscription isn't on this account! It's on my university account!
I need immediate assistance and a refund for that other account because adobe has made it impossible for me to access that account or get help in any way.
I have contacted Adobe before and never gotten a response.
