Cancel payment this month

Hello: there is the payment charge today $122 in my account, could you please cancel it.  I bought the apps only for my kid used in summer camp, since camps over July 25th he didn't used anymore. Thank you

You will not get a refund since you had the subscription for more than 14 days

I hope your kid had a good time at Summer Camp, and sorry they did not obtain more value from our services. Please bookmark https://adobe.ly/3H2tiNb, which provides information about our educational discount available for many of our services, Liang. The information could be useful if your kid needs to use our services in the future, but they are not already offered by the organization. ^JW

no one can cancel for you.  you need to cancel yourself (and quickly) or there will be a penalty.
