Cancel payment without password.

Hello i need to cancel my plan without password. I have my cards number and data of this . I’m from Poland and i can’t call with number from table support to Poland . I can’t do it with virtual assistant becouse they dont understand the questions. Please help me i need cancel my plan .

    Adobe IDs are emails, and as long as you have access to that email, you should be able to reset your password. Go to the sign in screen, click “Get help signing in” at the bottom, click “Reset your password”.

    Thanks for posting to this public discussion forum, ​@Tommy137 . I do not see an active subscription under the account you used to log in and post from. As suggested by Kglad please use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html to cancel your subscription.

    you need to access your account to cancel.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
