Cancel Plan

Hello everyone,

I needed Adobe Illustrator to attend a workshop so I installed the 7 day trial. The system didn't let me cancel if I didn't pay the first month. So I paid it, as I was supposed to, even though I didn't use it and now I can cancel it but I'll be charged an early cancellation fee (136,35 euro). I don't have the programm installed in my computer. Moreover, I know that our credit card details don't get deleted. What should I do? Can I cancel my plan without being charged? Keep in mind that I already paid a month without using the program.

Hope you are all good. Thank you in advance.

@Φαίη5E78,

From the first day you installed the trial, March 26th, you had 14 days in which to cancel and receive a refund.  Beyond April 8th, there are no refunds.  And you must pay a 50% early termination fee if you cancel before your 12th month of service.

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

You can cancel your trial or individual plan (purchased from Adobe) through your Adobe account page.

A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase.

You may as well refer to Cancellation guidelines at : https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

Thank you.
