Cancel Plan

Hello,

Two weeks ago I signed up for the basic plan, so I could do a text search in some pdf documents. I know one can cancel the plan within 7 days and get charged nothing, but I felt that would be gaming the system, so I intended do the text searches, then wait beyond the 7 days so I would be paying for one month. Text search went well, all four pdf documents! Today I logged into my account to cancel the Plan, and there is no record of me being signed up for any Plan (and I can't find the ~$23 charge on my credit card). Weird. Could I be missing something?

you should be using the same adobe id=email address, where you received adobe's email confirming the trial, to see what your account shows, https://account.adobe.com

Yes, I had thought of that. When I logged in earlier today, I used the email address I always use for everything, but logged in via Apple after doing a web search for Adobe Login, which gave me the option of logging in via Google or Apple. Just now, I opened the Adobe Creative Cloud App, logged in there and yes, it shows my active Plan, which I then cancelled. I see I also could have used the link you sent. Thanks!

P.S. I did a second search on my credit card, and I missed it earlier today, but I was charged on April 11. Problem solved.
