Cancel Plan and Request Refund

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I would like to request a refund for my Adobe Photoshop subscription.

I subscribed to Adobe Photoshop on 15 January and have already cancelled (unsubscribed) the subscription on 6 February. However, I noticed that my account was still charged on 9 February, even though the subscription had been cancelled earlier.

I believe this charge was made after my cancellation, and I kindly request a refund for this transaction.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from me to process this request. I appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response.

Thank you.

@Aisyah Saf , thanks for posting. I can confirm you did cancel one of your monthly commitments to Adobe. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html#month-to-month for information on the cancellation and refund process. Any refunds issued will take up to 14 days.

If you have no need for your other active subscription, then please complete the self-cancel steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html.

Did you keep the verification email you were sent when you cancelled?

Go here and check your account to determine your status https://account.adobe.com
You may only get a refund if you cancel and are charged during the first 14 days of starting a trial
After 14 days the trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund
