Cancel plan on account that does not exist according to Adobe.
Started the trial period to use Illustrator (different account). Money has been charged for it and I want to cancell it but can't. The account does not exist according to Adobe but I was logged in to it in the Creative Cloud app. When I try to log in to manage the subscription there is no account. What should I do? The chatbot is useless and does not let me speak with a real human since I "do not have an active plan" - feels surreal that it is this difficult to get help.
