Cancel plan screen will not load

Signed up for a free trail, but now wish to cancel it - due to expire in 3 days. When I click on "Cancel plan" button in my account settings the next screen just hangs on the loading screen and wont load. Ive tried this for 2 days now and do not want to incur the monthly subscription fee for something I dont want and have tried to cancel well before the trial ends.

    Currently experiencing the same issues. Tried cancelling through the installed app, on Brave, on Firefox with the same results, then screen wont load. Im in minute 10 now. It may take me all day but it will be done with prejudice.
