Cancel Plans for After Effects and Photoshop

Dear fellow Adobe Community members,

I hope you are all doing well. I am reaching out to seek your valuable guidance and assistance in a matter concerning the cancellation of my Adobe After Effects and Photoshop subscriptions.

I have been facing some challenges while attempting to cancel my plans. Specifically, I cannot locate the "manage plan" option for After Effects, and despite having the option available for Photoshop, I am uncertain about the continued charges for a service I believe I have already paid for.

I am worried that if I fail to cancel these subscriptions promptly, I might be charged for future periods that I do not wish to avail myself of. Therefore, I am seeking advice from those who may have experienced a similar situation or have knowledge about the cancellation process.

If any of you could spare a moment to guide me through the steps or share your insights on how to resolve this matter, I would be extremely grateful.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this request, and I truly appreciate your support in helping me navigate through this issue.

Thank you all for your time and consideration 🙂

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Unfortunately, I still do not fully understand how this payment system works. If someone could kindly explain to me the details of how subscription payments are processed in Adobe, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
