Cancel problem

Question

Today i check my bank history, I found out that Adobe paid automatically again.
I reedem Seagate free photography plan for 2 month and start in june 2020. Before 1 Agust 2020 I cancel the plan, Auto payment still pay it Without knowing . I already 2 Month no using photoshop.
I want to cancel plan and refund, and why the charge fee is about MYR 188,
and this is from subscription-terms:

"You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel during your trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your paid subscription, you'll be fully refunded."

but the payment still 2 september until 6 september.
