Cancel subcribtion after free trial

Hi. So basically I tried  free trial to do some school project and 3 days ago i cancelled it (7days trial ended yesterday). I got confirmation on email and everything. Today when i got up i noticed that I got notification from by bank that payment in the web didnt go through (i have a tactic for free trials that I empty my account for a trial so even if theres a mistake i dont lose money). And today i got my 2nd notification that payment didnt go through. If i had money on my bank account it would take it. And when i go to cancel my plan (it set up for 36,89€/month for some reason) theres massage that i need to update my payment method. But im sure if i add  other card it will take money before i cancel it. Can I cancel my plan without changing my payment method? I also tried deleting my account but to do it i need to delete plan. And i cant cause i have to update payment method. So yeah. Gonna be greatful for any help

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
