Cancel subs

Hi,

I know plenty of topics on this. I started a trial...yet after +1 week I can not close the Adobe Acrobat page I was working on not even closing my macbook. Was so annoyed with trying things did not cancel the trial in between. I rebooked my money...now I can not seem to cancel the whole subscription at al.

I am irritated, could not even use it for what I wanted to use it for. Now I have to pay an subscription and CAN NOT cancel within the 14th days either? HELP?
