I didn't use the annual plan because I mistook it for a month plan, but it kept being charged.
I'm going to cancel my subscription now, but there's a penalty.
I don't even use it, but it's a waste to pay by force.
Is there any other way?

    Unfortunaltely there is no way, you agreed to the terms of subscription. However, do talk to support and let them know your greviance, they might have something to offer.
