cancel subscription

Hi, I was charged with PayPal after I forgot to cancel a free trial. I am trying to cancel and get a refund, but it tells me I still have a free subscription… I don’t have a code for the text messages.

Thanks for posting, ​@MarimarSilber. I can confirm that there are no active subscriptions or recent transactions associated with the account you used to create this public discussion thread. I also don’t see any attempts to contact us directly.
