Hello everyone,

I haven't used Lightroom and Photoshop for a long time. I would like to deactivate them, but unfortunately I am being charged a fee. How do I know when I can cancel?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Toni

if you want to cancel with no penalty, cancel after your 12th payment is received but before your renewal date.

Canccel anytime.   Most users get charged 1/2 the remaining time of their contract to cancel, like me:  I signed up for the yearly, billed for the entire year, to save a few buck   For example:   You signed up for 1 year, you have six months left?  You pay 1/2 of the six months remaining to cancel the contract.

You pay month to month? No worries.

This is my billing cycle.  Yours will look simliar.

@TONIMEDIA

The fee is because the annual plan is discounted. Also, deactivating is not the same as cancelling.

Go to  https://account.adobe.com/  Under Billing and Payment you should see the next payment date. Be sure to cancel before that date if you don't want to pay the cancellation fee.
