Hi it will not allow me to cancel my subscription

    @kglad is correct, the payment method you used to evaluate and use of our services was not accepted ​@Jwilhite.  You can use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/retry-failed-or-missed-payment.html to update your account. 

     

    Once a valid method of payment is on file, you can then self-cancel by completing the instructions listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html.

    the usual reason is because of a payment problem.  check your account https://account.adobe.com to see if that’s the issue.  if it is, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

     

    sometimes it’s because of a browser issue. try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
