cancel subscription

I cannot cancel my Id-subscription with the procedure available on the site. Also not possible to contact Adobe for help. I've been trying this for weeks now, someone please help me!

Use a different web device / browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.

If the information does not help, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
